On a June day a couple years ago, I stepped onto Boston's MBTA 66 bus and travelled just two and a half miles from Coolidge Corner in Brookline, to Dudley Station in Roxbury. At each end of the bus ride I held up a tiny video camera and asked people the same question:
"If your city government could change one thing about where you live, what would it be?"
